These Terms of Service govern use of nextgenpetcare.com and related educational tools and communication channels operated by NextGen PetCare. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of the service

NextGen PetCare provides educational content, interactive planning tools (such as calorie and age estimators and symptom triage guidance), and pathways to request human support via WhatsApp or email. Content is general information for pet owners. It is not a substitute for examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed veterinarian in your jurisdiction.

2. Educational guidance vs emergency care

• Virtual and written guidance is appropriate for education, preparation, non-emergency questions, and organising information for an in-person visit.
• Emergencies — including collapse, severe breathing difficulty, uncontrolled bleeding, suspected toxin ingestion, non-productive straining to urinate (especially male cats), seizures, or severe trauma — require immediate in-person veterinary or emergency clinic care.
• Calculators and triage tools produce estimates and priority suggestions only. They do not diagnose disease or authorise treatment.

3. No veterinary-client-patient relationship by website use alone

Using the website, tools, or generic WhatsApp templates does not by itself create a veterinary-client-patient relationship. Any formal clinical relationship, if offered, is established only under applicable local rules and after appropriate assessment by a qualified professional.

4. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when requesting support.
• Do not rely on site tools as the sole basis for medical decisions.
• Seek local emergency care when your pet’s condition is urgent or deteriorating.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content through forms or messaging channels.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextGen PetCare is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of educational content or tool outputs, or for delays or failures of third-party platforms (including WhatsApp, email providers, or hosts). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer or other law in your country.

Links to WhatsApp, email clients, and external resources are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
